About The Position

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate, high-quality homecare to a teenage patient with high-acuity tracheostomy and ventilator needs in Covington. The scheduled shifts are Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Nurses work together to support patients and achieve strong clinical outcomes. The company provides 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians, and a tablet in the patient's home for electronic documentation. Requirements

Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where practicing.
Transfer a compact license to the state of residence within 90 days.
Hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component; Aveanna may assist with obtaining this after hire if necessary.
Have a TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
Have reliable transportation.
Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required; one year is required in Georgia.
