About The Position

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVNs) to provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in Hope Mills, North Carolina. Nurses work with patients and the care team to support strong clinical outcomes. Patient care is delivered in the patient’s home, where an Aveanna tablet is available for electronic documentation. Scheduling options may include full-time, part-time, or PRN work, with day, night, and weekend shifts available; specific schedules vary by patient assignment. The posting lists two patient assignments: an infant in Hope Mills (28348) with G-tube, port, and PD needs, scheduled every other Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Fridays from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and a senior adult in Hope Mills (28348) with G-tube, trach, and vent needs, scheduled Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Aveanna describes itself as a national homecare provider and highlights its award-winning workplace culture, local support, career development, and paid training. Requirements

Hold and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where practicing.
Transfer a compact license to the state of residence within 90 days, if applicable.
Have current CPR certification with a hands-on component; Aveanna may assist with obtaining this after hire if necessary.
Have a TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
Have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required.
