About The Position

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate private-duty homecare to a toddler in Suwanee, Georgia. The patient has low-acuity needs and uses a feeding tube. The scheduled shift is Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where practicing.
• Transfer a compact license to the state of residence within 90 days.
• Hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component; Aveanna can assist with obtaining this after hire if necessary.
• Have a TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Have reliable transportation.
• In Georgia, have at least one year of nursing experience.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred where the one-year Georgia requirement does not apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide private-duty nursing care to a toddler with feeding-tube needs in the patient’s home.
• Work with the care team to support outstanding clinical outcomes.
