About The Position
The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood Life Plan Community, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) to join its Skilled Nursing team. The role provides nursing care guided by the Philosophy of Person-Directed Care and helps maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Nurses coordinate assignments with care partners, support team members’ accountability for care quality and resident satisfaction, and monitor and respond to residents’ needs with compassion and professionalism. The posting lists full-time schedules on either the 6 AM–2 PM shift or the 2 PM–10 PM shift, with rotating two-week day patterns specified in the posting. Pay is $30–$36 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) software.
- At least six months of current or recent experience in Skilled Nursing.
- Current CPR certification.

- Current or prior experience in post-acute, sub-acute, or senior care nursing.
