About The Position

Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of Florida.
- Proven experience in senior care or long-term care settings.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing and senior care.
- Background screening as mandated by Florida law.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized resident care plans.
- Supervise and support nursing staff and caregivers to ensure excellent resident care.
- Monitor residents’ health status and report changes or concerns to appropriate team members.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
- Foster a warm, caring, and respectful environment for residents and staff.
