Adult and Pediatric Home Care - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-to-one nursing care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes in the Northern Burlington County area. The role offers flexible shift options and opportunities to build meaningful relationships with clients of different ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. Some clients require advanced care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management. BAYADA provides paid training to help nurses build the skills and confidence needed for this home-care environment. The position includes one-to-one care, electronic documentation, short commutes through matching nurses with nearby cases, and 24/7 on-call clinical support. Available shifts are 8, 10, or 12 hours, on first, second, or third shift. PRN, part-time, and full-time opportunities are listed. There are no weekend or minimum-hour requirements. Pay is $29 to $32 per hour.
Requirements
- Hold a valid nursing license in good standing.
- Have current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one nursing care to adult and pediatric clients in their homes.
- Provide care for clients with a range of ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
- Deliver advanced care, which may include tracheostomy and ventilator management.
- Complete electronic documentation.
