About The Position

BAYADA’s Middlesex County, New Jersey offices are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Skilled Nursing team. The position provides private-duty nursing care in clients’ homes, serving clients from infancy through older adulthood and across a range of acuity levels. BAYADA provides onboarding, extensive training, and career advancement opportunities. Nurses provide one-to-one care during traditional shifts and travel to one nearby client home on a schedule they choose.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Provide hands-on, one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home.
Travel to one nearby client home according to the chosen schedule.
