Adult/Pediatric Home Care - Licensed Practical Nurse
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for its Middlesex County, New Jersey offices to provide skilled private-duty nursing in clients’ homes. The role serves clients ranging from infants to older adults, with needs ranging from low acuity to tracheostomy and ventilator care. BAYADA provides onboarding and extensive training, and nurses are matched with nearby cases. Scheduling is flexible, with traditional shifts of 4, 8, 10, or 12 hours and no minimums; full-time, part-time, and per-diem schedules are available. The nurse travels to one client’s home per shift and provides one-to-one care. Duties include following and documenting physician orders, performing assessments, monitoring clients’ conditions, and recording observations, interventions, and evaluations. Nurses are empowered to perform skills autonomously in the home and build relationships with clients over time.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities
