About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for its Skilled Nursing team serving clients in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The role provides skilled, one-to-one private duty nursing in clients’ homes, with clients ranging from infants to older adults and from low-acuity needs to tracheostomy and ventilator care. BAYADA provides onboarding and extensive training to help nurses develop their skills and succeed on their cases.

Nurses travel to one client’s home for each scheduled shift and provide hands-on care, follow and document physicians’ orders, assess and monitor clients’ conditions, and record observations, interventions, and evaluations. The position offers flexible scheduling and autonomy in the home. Pay is $32–$35 per hour, with compensation up to $35 per hour based on qualifications.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client’s home near you according to the chosen schedule.
