About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for its Middlesex County, New Jersey offices to provide skilled, one-to-one nursing care to clients in their homes. Clients range from infants to older adults and may have needs ranging from low acuity to tracheostomy and ventilator care. BAYADA provides onboarding, training, and flexible scheduling based on nurse preferences. Nurses travel to one nearby client home per scheduled shift and deliver hands-on care while building relationships with clients and observing their milestones.

The role involves following and documenting doctors’ orders, assessing and monitoring clients’ conditions, and recording observations, interventions, and evaluations. Nurses are empowered to perform skills autonomously in the home. Shifts may be 4, 8, 10, or 12 hours. Compensation is $32–$35 per hour, with pay based on qualifications.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one nearby client’s home on a schedule chosen by the nurse.
