About The Position
This is a travel, temporary assignment for a Licensed Practical Nurse in a Long Term Care setting in Lancaster, New Hampshire. The assignment is for 8 weeks, starting on 09/01/2026. The role guarantees 40 hours per week with a weekly pay range of $992 to $1018. The shift is evenings, working a 5x8 schedule, approximately from 14:30 to 23:00 local time.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work evenings and thrive in a resident-centered, fast-paced LTC setting
- Eligible to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration per facility policy
- Monitor residents’ health status, record vital signs, observe for changes, and report to the supervising RN
- Provide basic wound care and dressing changes as ordered
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers
- Maintain accurate care documentation and participate in care planning with the RN and interdisciplinary team
