About The Position

Adoration Private Duty is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse to provide patient-centered care in Jasper, Tennessee. The position is based through the Chattanooga, Tennessee office and serves a young adult case. The nurse provides one-to-one care in the patient’s home, following the plan of care while supporting the patient’s dignity and independence. G-tube experience is preferred.

This is a full-time day schedule, three days per week from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The role offers flexible scheduling options, independent work with team support, and opportunities for advancement. Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides compassionate services in the home to support patients, families, and caregivers.

Requirements

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college of nursing.
• Current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance.
• Professional CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• G-tube experience preferred.
• At least one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one care according to the client’s plan of care while maintaining the client’s dignity and independence.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed under the client’s plan of care, and assess results.
• Accurately document care provided, nursing actions, communications, progress, and outcomes for established goals.
• Inform the physician, case manager, and family of changes in the client’s medical condition and needs.
• Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to maintain adequate amounts.
• Ensure patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions.
