About The Position

Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse to provide patient-centered care to a pediatric client in Unionville, Tennessee. The role is based through the Murfreesboro office and involves one-to-one care in the client’s home. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. G-tube experience is preferred.

The nurse follows the client’s plan of care, supports the client’s dignity and independence, provides prescribed nursing care, and communicates with the family, case manager, and physicians. Requirements

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college of nursing.
• Current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance.
• Professional CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• G-tube experience.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Home Health care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one care according to the client’s plan of care while maintaining the client’s dignity and independence.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed under the plan of care, and assess the results.
• Document nursing actions and care provided, communications, progress, and outcomes for established goals.
• Inform the physician, case manager, and family of changes in the client’s medical condition and needs.
• Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are available.
• Ensure patient needs are met in accordance with the physician’s instructions.
