About The Position

Adoration Private Duty is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse to provide patient-centered, one-to-one care in Antioch, Tennessee. The role serves an adult case and follows each client’s plan of care, supporting their dignity and independence while coordinating with families, case managers, physicians, and the broader care team. The position is full-time, on days, Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The office is located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and the coverage area is Antioch, Tennessee. G-tube experience is preferred.

Requirements

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college of nursing.
• Current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance.
• Professional CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• G-tube experience preferred.
• At least one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one care according to the client’s plan of care while maintaining the client’s dignity and independence.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed under the client’s plan of care, and assess and report results.
• Accurately document nursing actions and care provided, communications, and progress toward established goals.
• Inform the physician, case manager, and family of changes in the client’s medical condition and needs.
• Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate quantities are available.
• Ensure patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions.
