About The Position

This is a travel assignment for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Long Term Care, located in Keene, New Hampshire. The engagement is for 8 weeks, with a start date of 09/01/2026. The position guarantees 32 hours per week on a night shift (5x8 Nights), with weekly pay ranging from $1,293 to $1,371. The setting is a Skilled Nursing Facility.

Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing (state of assignment or as required for the role).
Ability to work the night shift (23:00–07:30) and meet the guaranteed hours per week.
Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Comfortable providing care in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment.
Commitment to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and honoring resident care plans.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, under supervision as required.
Administer medications and carry out treatments according to physician orders and care plans; document accurately.
Monitor residents’ conditions, identify changes, and report clinical updates to the supervising nurse.
Conduct ongoing assessments and contribute to the development and modification of individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
Maintain patient safety, administer procedures with accuracy, and uphold infection control and perioperative standards.
Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, therapists, and social services to ensure comprehensive, resident-centered care during overnight shifts.
