About The Position

Avalon Village is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time evening and night shifts. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and use your nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. You will support a comforting, engaging environment and collaborate with nursing and facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care. The role calls for teamwork, leadership, and respectful communication, along with a commitment to geriatric nursing and senior care excellence. Requirements

• Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
