About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for its Mercer County, New Jersey Skilled Nursing team. The nurse provides one-to-one home care to pediatric or adult clients, whose ages may range from infant to geriatric and whose care needs may include advanced services such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. The role emphasizes compassionate, high-quality care, building client relationships, and supporting clients and families at home. The position offers traditional shifts of 4, 8, 10, or 12 hours, with flexible scheduling and no minimum hours. The office provides onboarding, paid training and shadowing, simulation labs, electronic charting using Statewise, short commutes through matching nurses with nearby cases, and 24/7 on-call clinical support. Pay is $32–$35 per hour based on qualifications. Full-time employees are eligible for the listed benefits; the posting also describes full-time, part-time, and per-diem scheduling options.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
