Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide compassionate, reliable 1:1 home care to clients of all ages and acuity levels in Burnsville and nearby Minnesota communities. The role offers daytime and overnight shifts in 8-, 10-, or 12-hour schedules, with flexible scheduling and no weekend requirement. Full-time, part-time, and PRN arrangements are available; PRN nurses must work at least two shifts per month. BAYADA provides consistent hours, short commutes to local clients, weekly pay, paid onboarding and personalized training, including award-winning SIM labs, and 24/7 clinical support and mentorship. Nurses use Cubhub electronic charting and have opportunities to build skills and advance. Pay is $27–$31 per hour in Minnesota, with differentials for overnight and weekend work. Benefits include PTO, medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Minnesota.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
