Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide compassionate, reliable, one-to-one home care to clients of all ages and acuity levels in Burnsville and nearby Minnesota communities. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules, with PRN nurses working a minimum of two shifts per month. Shifts are available during the day and overnight and may be 8, 10, or 12 hours. There is no weekend requirement, though differentials are offered for overnight and weekend work. BAYADA provides flexible scheduling, short commutes to local clients, 24/7 clinical support, mentorship, and personalized paid training, including award-winning SIM labs. Nurses use Cubhub electronic charting and receive skill-building to prepare for a range of clients and acuity levels. The position is part of a home care team serving communities across Minnesota.
Requirements
- Hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Minnesota.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
