Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide reliable, compassionate 1:1 home care to clients in Minnesota, including Burnsville and nearby communities. Nurses care for clients of all ages and acuity levels. The role offers flexible scheduling, consistent hours, daytime and overnight shifts, and shift options of 8, 10, or 12 hours. There is no weekend requirement, though differentials are available for overnight and weekend shifts. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are offered; PRN requires a minimum of two shifts per month. BAYADA provides efficient onboarding tailored to availability, personalized paid training including award-winning SIM labs, skill-building for a range of clients and acuity levels, 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and electronic charting through Cubhub. Requirements
- Hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Minnesota.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
