Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide reliable, compassionate, one-to-one home care to clients in Burnsville and nearby Minnesota communities. Nurses care for clients of all ages and acuity levels, with clinical support and mentorship available around the clock. The role offers flexible scheduling, consistent hours, and daytime or overnight shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours. There is no weekend requirement. BAYADA provides efficient onboarding tailored to availability, personalized paid training that includes SIM labs, skill-building for a range of clients and acuity levels, and ongoing mentorship. Nurses use Cubhub electronic charting. The position is available full-time, part-time, and PRN, with PRN nurses required to work at least two shifts per month. The listed pay is $27–$31 per hour in Minnesota, with differentials for overnight and weekend shifts, and weekly pay.
Requirements
- Hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Minnesota.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities

- Use electronic charting through Cubhub to document care.
- Participate in onboarding, paid training, skill-building, and ongoing clinical mentorship.
