About The Position
Fresh Perspective Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a client in a home setting. The role includes skilled nursing services and transportation assistance during scheduled shifts. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing.
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to uphold client confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently in a home setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and the care plan.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor and document changes in the client’s condition.
- Communicate with the supervisor regarding client needs and concerns.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Provide transportation assistance as needed.
