About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care’s Mercer County, New Jersey office is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Skilled Nursing team to provide compassionate, high-quality home care to pediatric or adult clients. The role offers one-to-one care in clients’ homes, with opportunities to serve people across ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. Some clients may require advanced care, including tracheostomy and ventilator management; paid training and shadowing are provided.

This position is described as weekend nights in the title, while the posting also notes flexible scheduling and lists full-time, part-time, and per-diem options with no minimums. Private duty nursing involves traditional shifts of 4, 8, 10, or 12 hours, caring for one client per day and building ongoing relationships with clients and their families. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities
