About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care’s Mercer County Office is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric care to join its Skilled Nursing team. The role provides compassionate, high-quality home care to clients and their families. Clients range in age from infants to geriatric patients, and some require advanced care such as tracheostomy and ventilator management. BAYADA provides paid training and shadowing, including access to adult and pediatric simulation labs, and matches nurses with cases near their homes. Private duty nursing involves traditional shifts, one-to-one care with one client per day, and building relationships while supporting clients’ milestones. Scheduling is flexible, with full-time, part-time, and per-diem options and no minimums. The listed pay range is $32–$35 per hour, based on qualifications.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Hold a current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Be CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to home-care clients, including pediatric clients.
