About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for home care to join the Skilled Private Duty Nursing team at its Rock Hill office. The role provides one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home, with schedules selected to suit the nurse and matched to a client. The office provides onboarding and training beginning on the first day, including paid virtual and hands-on orientation, and holds nurse appreciation events throughout the year. Nurses receive weekly pay and may have access to benefits according to employment type. BAYADA describes itself as a nonprofit serving the community and an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider that complies with applicable state and local mandates.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one nearby client’s home according to a schedule selected to be matched with the client.
Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
