About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for home care to join its Skilled Private Duty Nursing team through the Rock Hill office. The role provides one-to-one care to a client in the client’s home, with scheduling options that may include days, afternoons, evenings, or nights. Nurses receive paid orientation with virtual and hands-on training, onboarding support, and ongoing opportunities for courses and training. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

Travel to one client’s home near you according to a mutually chosen schedule.
Follow up on, carry out, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
