About The Position
Prairie Oasis is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join its team in South Holland, Illinois. The facility provides comprehensive medical services, including rehabilitation and skilled nursing care after hospital stays, and supports residents returning to their homes and independence. Prairie Oasis is a Joint Commission-approved facility. New graduates are welcome.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Interact with patients with patience, tact, and a cheerful, enthusiastic disposition.
- Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with current state and federal rules and regulations.
- Demonstrate leadership and supervisory ability and work well with professional and non-professional staff.
