Full-Time Charge Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Cura of Sauk Centre
About The Position
Cura Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential nursing care at Cura of Sauk Centre under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians. The role focuses on safe, effective, and personalized care and supporting patient comfort and well-being. Nurse-to-resident ratios range from 1:10 to 1:22. The position includes monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, providing wound care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support positive health outcomes. The role offers 12-hour shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with every-third-weekend scheduling. The posting lists a starting wage of $27.75 per hour and an annual salary range of $51,000–$75,000. A sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 is offered for a full-time position.
Requirements
- Hold a valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, or be a recent graduate who will obtain an LPN license within four months.
- Complete an accredited nursing program.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
- Be flexible to work 12-hour shifts, every third weekend, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, administering injections, and managing wound care.
- Assist with patient assessments and promptly report changes in patient status to Registered Nurses or physicians.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to established protocols and guidelines.
- Document nursing care and patient information accurately and promptly.
- Support patients with activities of daily living and ensure their comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain compliance with infection control standards and healthcare regulations.
