Requirements

• Active LPN license (New Mexico) or eligibility to practice
• CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work 3x12 night shifts and participate in a travel assignment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a skilled nursing setting in a travel assignment

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per care plans
• Monitor patient vitals and overall condition; document changes accurately
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and routine nursing procedures
• Assist with activities of daily living and restorative nursing care
• Update care plans and communicate changes to the RN and multidisciplinary team
• Maintain compliant documentation and uphold safety, privacy, and infection control standards
