About The Position

This is a travel assignment for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Long Term Care setting in Keene, NH. The contract is for 8 weeks, with a start date of 09/01/2026. The position guarantees 32 hours per week, with a night shift schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The pay rate is estimated between $855-$883 per week. This is a local-only assignment.

Requirements

• Active LPN license to practice in the applicable state, or eligibility to practice as an LPN
• Ability to work the night shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) and fulfill an 8-week assignment with 32 guaranteed hours
• Experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with RNs, residents, and care staff

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under supervision of an RN.
• Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately.
• Monitor resident health status, perform routine vital signs, assess changes, and report promptly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Perform basic wound care, dressing changes, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team for care plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely charting and documentation in the facility’s record system.
