About The Position
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at CarDon and Associates, you will provide high-quality patient care across all shifts and assist residents with their daily activities, comfort, and well-being. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and educate residents and their families. Requirements
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing staff.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide education to residents and their families.
