LPN/RN Weekend Supervisor - Harbour Manor Health and Living
About The Position
Harbour Manor Health and Living is seeking a Nurse Weekend Supervisor to join CarDon & Associates, an Indiana-based, family-owned provider of senior living options and lifestyle support services. Services include independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, and rehabilitation. The Licensed Practical Nurse coordinates nursing care for patients according to established clinical nursing practice standards. Care is delivered through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The nurse coordinates and performs nursing activities in an assigned section or unit during a designated shift. In the absence of other senior management, the nurse may oversee the facility during certain shifts.
Requirements
- Hold an active, unrestricted Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Have one year of professional nursing experience providing direct care to residents in long-term care, acute care, restorative care, or a geriatric setting.
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills, compassion, engagement, and dedication to patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse population.
Responsibilities
