CLFC reimburses New York license and CPR renewals, supports continuing education and certifications, and offers up to $1,500 per year in tuition assistance toward an RN. A $500 referral bonus is available for referring a nurse or aide. Paid sick leave accrues under New York law, and CLFC provides professional liability insurance for each shift.
