Requirements
- Active LPN license in Iowa
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-centered LTC environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Flexibility to work any shift and adapt to schedule changes

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, and document outcomes accurately
- Monitor vital signs, observe for changes in resident condition, and report concerns promptly
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans; participate in rounds and family communications
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges; support ongoing care planning and documentation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant nursing station; uphold infection control and quality standards
