About The Position
BAYADA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 1:1 home care in Franklin and surrounding communities. Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time while enjoying the flexibility, support, and stability of a BAYADA nursing career. This role offers competitive pay, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and no weekend requirements. Nurses choose BAYADA to focus on one client, build meaningful relationships, and receive 24/7 clinical support, ongoing mentorship, and experienced guidance. BAYADA provides skilled, 1:1 nursing care to clients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, with a wide range of clinical needs and acuity levels. Clients have open hours throughout Franklin and surrounding communities, including Greenwood, Bargersville, Shelbyville, Whiteland, New Whiteland, Trafalgar, and Edinburgh.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of Indiana
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to one client at a time in the comfort of their home.
- Focus attention on one client throughout the shift.
- Build a meaningful relationship with the client and their family.
- Provide personalized, high-quality care tailored to individual needs.
