About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home support to aging adults in Denver and surrounding metro areas. Caregivers assist clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, multiple shifts, and flexible schedules. Pay is $19.50–$22 per hour, with weekly pay and optional daily pay through PayActiv. Weekend availability, particularly Saturday or Sunday, is preferred. TheKey describes itself as the largest provider of private-pay in-home care for aging seniors in North America. Its local teams support caregivers as they help clients maintain quality of life, dignity, and well-being. Caregivers must meet state background-screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States. Requirements

At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
Must comply with state background-screening requirements.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Saturday or Sunday availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and grocery shop with them.
Provide companionship and social and emotional support through activities such as games and puzzles.
