About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) / Caregivers to serve clients in Fort Mill, Clover, York, and Rock Hill areas as part of its ACSP Division. Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, the HHA provides personal care, household support, and companion care to help adults remain safe and independent at home. The position involves one-on-one care and building close relationships with clients. BAYADA offers training, flexible scheduling, and support from a larger care team.

Previous home health care or patient care experience is welcomed but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, household support, and companion care according to a written plan of care from a registered nurse.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and bed-making.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
Assist with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
Deliver care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
