About The Position

BAYADA is hiring Home Health Aides/Caregivers to serve clients in the Lancaster, Indian Land, Chester, and Rock Hill areas as part of its ACSP Division. Following a written plan of care from a registered nurse, the aide provides personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults remain safe and independent at home. The role involves one-on-one client care and offers training, flexible scheduling, and support from a larger care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, household support, and companion care in accordance with a written plan of care from a registered nurse.
• Help clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and bed-making.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Travel to assigned clients’ homes.
