About The Position
BAYADA is recruiting a Home Health Aide (HHA) to serve patients in the listed counties in its ACSP Division. Following a written plan of care from a registered nurse, the HHA provides personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults remain safe and independent at home. The role involves one-on-one client care, with training and support from a dedicated care team. Prior home health or patient care experience is welcome but not required; training is provided. The position is offered at $16.50 per hour for Home Health Aide or PCA cases. Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services according to a written plan of care from a registered nurse.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Provide household support such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
- Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and homemaker services to help adults remain safe and independent at home.
- Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
- Deliver care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
