About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care for a 12-year-old child in a supportive home setting in Trafford, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on personalized, family-centered care and building a meaningful connection with the child and family.

The posted schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for three hours per day, and Tuesday and Thursday for five hours per day. The posting also states that nights and weekends are available.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least six months of nursing experience; home health experience is preferred but not required.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring disposition, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide G-tube care and feedings, and follow aspiration precautions.
• Monitor vital signs.
• Administer oxygen.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.

• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
