About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care to an 11-year-old boy in a supportive home setting in Beaverdale, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on personalized, family-centered care and building a meaningful, trusted connection with the child and family. The schedule is part-time on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring disposition, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide g-tube care and feedings, and observe aspiration cautions.
• Monitor seizures.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
