About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care to an 11-year-old child in a supportive home setting in Beaverdale, Pennsylvania. The position is part-time and scheduled for day shifts on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The nurse will provide personalized, family-centered care and work with the child’s family and care team.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Independence, compassion, and an interest in pediatric care.

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide G-tube care and feedings, with attention to aspiration precautions.
• Monitor seizures.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
• Deliver family-centered pediatric care.
