About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing for a 12-year-old male child in a supportive home setting in Charleroi, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on personalized, family-centered care and building a meaningful connection with the child and family.

This part-time day-shift position is scheduled Thursdays and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Community Care is a family-owned home health agency that has served local communities since 1987.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health experience is preferred but not required.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring disposition, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide G-tube care and feeds.
• Monitor seizures and vital signs.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
