About The Position
Community Care, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care for a 4-year-old child in a supportive home setting in Beaverdale, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on personalized, family-centered care and building a meaningful connection with the child and family. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Community Care offers weekly pay, paid orientation and training, PTO, flexible scheduling, a 401(k) retirement plan, short-term disability, life and accident insurance, 24/7 on-call clinical support, and a nurse referral bonus.
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health experience is preferred but not required.
- CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Caring attitude, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Perform G-tube care and feedings.
- Monitor vital signs.
- Administer oxygen.
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
- Provide exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
