About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric private duty nursing care for a 9-year-old child in a supportive home setting in Perryopolis, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on personalized, family-centered care and building a meaningful connection with the child and family.

This is a part-time, day-shift position scheduled Mondays and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The nurse will provide daily care, including assistance with activities of daily living, G-tube care and feedings, and medication administration, while communicating with the care team and family.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health experience is preferred but not required.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring nature, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.
