About The Position

Westview Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for weekend-option day-shift opportunities. The LPN develops meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories and uses nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role supports a comforting and engaging atmosphere, promotes teamwork, and collaborates with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care. Nurses are expected to demonstrate the organization’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

Hold a current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
Have proficient medication management skills.
Be able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in residents’ conditions.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
