About The Position

Adoration Health is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled, patient-centered care in Brownsville, Tennessee. The position serves clients in the Brownsville coverage area and involves providing one-to-one care in the home according to each client’s plan of care. The nurse supports clients’ dignity and independence while working independently with team support.

The role includes administering medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed; documenting care and outcomes; communicating with families, case managers, and physicians; and coordinating supplies and medications. The schedule is full-time, with flexible scheduling options noted. Adoration Health is an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services and provides compassionate services in the home to support patients, families, and caregivers.

Requirements

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college of nursing.
• Current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance.
• Professional CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Home health care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one care according to the client’s plan of care while maintaining the client’s dignity and independence.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed, and assess and report results.
• Document nursing actions and care provided, communications, progress, and outcomes for established goals.
• Inform physicians, case managers, and families of changes in the client’s medical condition and needs.
• Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to maintain adequate supplies.
• Ensure patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions.
