About The Position

This is an 8-week travel temporary assignment for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Long Term Care setting in Keene, New Hampshire. The position involves working the night shift with a pay range of $825-$887 per week and guaranteed 32 hours per week. The role is within a Skilled Nursing Facility and is open to local candidates only.

Requirements

• Current or eligible Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Ability to work the 23:00–07:30 overnight shift
• Proficiency with basic nursing procedures and documentation in electronic health records
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills
• Local candidates only (Keene, NH area preferred)

• Experience or familiarity with long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and document administration accurately in the electronic health record
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes, and implement care plans under supervision
• Perform routine nursing duties including assessments, wound care, and authorized charting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
• Respond to call bells, provide comfort measures, and ensure resident safety during night shift
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety policies, and regulatory requirements
