About The Position

Community Care, Inc. is hiring a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to a 6-year-old child in a supportive home setting in Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on personalized, family-centered pediatric care and building a meaningful connection with the child and family.

The schedule is Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Community Care describes itself as a family-owned home health agency that has served local communities since 1987, providing skilled nursing, therapy visits, and adult and pediatric private duty care.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide G-tube care and feedings.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family.
• Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.
