About The Position

JETSET Pilates is seeking an Instructor to lead modern, music-driven Pilates classes and create an elevated studio experience. Instructors provide expert coaching, individualized attention, and genuine connection to help clients build physical strength, confidence, and consistency. JETSET provides instructor training, ongoing development, and potential opportunities to grow with the expanding brand. The role involves teaching 50-minute classes, coaching clients of varied fitness levels, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive studio community. Instructors represent the JETSET brand, help maintain a clean and professional studio, and take part in team meetings, training, studio events, and community initiatives. They complete the JETSET Instructor Training Program and continue developing their coaching skills with feedback from leadership. The position requires a consistent weekly teaching commitment and availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Physical requirements include standing and moving around the studio for extended periods, demonstrating Pilates exercises, lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 30 pounds, and coaching in a warm, fast-paced, music-driven environment. Compensation, benefits, scheduling expectations, and employment policies may vary by franchise owner.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently lead a fast-paced, music-driven group fitness class.
Ability to receive feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously improve.
Current CPR/AED certification, or ability to obtain it before teaching independently.
Willingness to successfully complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program, including five days of on-site training, which may be held locally or at a Regional Training and Support Center.
Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Ability to stand and move throughout the studio for extended periods.
Ability to demonstrate Pilates exercises safely and effectively.
Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
Ability to coach in a warm, fast-paced, music-driven environment.

Previous group fitness instruction experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging, music-driven, 50-minute modern Pilates classes that provide a safe, challenging, and consistent experience.
Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications for clients of all fitness levels.
Motivate clients and maintain energy, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout classes.
Build authentic client relationships and foster a welcoming, inclusive studio environment.
Learn clients’ names, celebrate milestones, and strengthen the studio community through meaningful connections.
Deliver hospitality that reflects the JETSET brand before, during, and after classes.
Represent JETSET Pilates’ values and culture inside and outside the studio.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, studio events, and community initiatives.
Support local marketing and community engagement efforts as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment.
Complete the JETSET Instructor Training Program and participate in ongoing education and development.
Apply leadership feedback to improve coaching effectiveness.
Stay current on programming updates, coaching techniques, and JETSET best practices.
Teach a consistent number of classes per week and attend required team meetings, continuing education sessions, and studio events.
